1. For the positive setting of flight adjustment, the necessary handling work includes A. aircraft landing and pick-up; B. aircraft refueling and mobilization of maintenance personnel; C. aircraft transfer and mobilization of American pilots; the difficulty is the airport Department connected with our company, such as cargo export declaration, which shall be in the charge of the freight department, such as aircraft transfer, which shall be in the charge of the airport command center;
2. For Changsha ground, attention shall be paid to: a. the ground handling company responsible for aircraft transfer must communicate well with the customs declaration company in advance, and make a good record of aircraft exit (see the following documents for the record); B. the ground handling company shall make a good report on the three inspections of customs, border inspection and commodity inspection, and declare according to the export goods mode;
3. Changsha manifest declaration, after the aircraft is put on record, the export manifest can be entered, and the flight number can be displayed in the customs system (the problem left in Changsha is that the U.S. flight No. n can't declare the manifest, and the final declaration is in the form of flight No. empty, Shijiazhuang declaration needs to pay attention in the future);
4. For export declaration, the origin shall be reported to the United States, because the aircraft is declared as a complete machine when it is imported, and the registered flight number is U.S. n.
Matters needing attention:
1. For this export, we choose to declare in Changsha. For the next operation, we can try to declare in Shijiazhuang according to the integrated export customs, and Changsha cooperates in sending the arrival data mode.
2. Before export operation, confirm the route one week in advance, make clear the handling company, directly contact with the handling company, and do a good job of aircraft filing.
